About the role

This position is responsible for maintaining the order and cleanliness of the coolers and the storeroom, including product rotation and inventory. The position also keeps the production manager informed about products that must be utilized by expiration date or quality loss and assists in weekly inventory. They are also responsible for order verification upon delivery to the unit. Will assist in tray delivery in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and cleanliness of coolers and storeroom
• Perform product rotation and inventory management
• Inform production manager about products approaching expiration or quality loss
• Assist in weekly inventory
• Verify orders upon delivery to the unit
• Assist in tray delivery in emergency situations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One-year experience in food service institutional setting preferred
• Experience in inventory practices and procedures preferred

• Weight Requirement - Medium (up to 50 lbs)

Schedule

• Part-Time Benefit Eligible
• Scheduled Work Hours: 6:00-2:00, 7:00-3:00
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Yes
• On Call Required: No
• Work Arrangement: Onsite

Pay

• Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
• Salary Range: $17.60-$23.20
• Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement
