Receiving Clerk

About the role

Keefe Group is a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., the industry leader in the commissary market. We run an essential business serving our communities and customers in a warehouse and distribution environment. This is a first‑shift, on‑site position with standard, regular hours (no weekend schedules required). Employees receive PPE and have access to DailyPay for immediate wage access.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of Inbound Operations.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of the Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) to support the Bulk team.
• Load third‑party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory, including counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology such as mobile scan guns, modern MHE, computers, tablets, and learn WMS systems.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Perform other duties as determined by operational needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience/training; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1 year of warehousing experience (required).
• Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience (required).
• Ability to operate a Dock Stocker (required).
• Ability to operate a Reach Truck AND Dock Stocker Forklift (required).
• Current/previous inventory experience (preferred).
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Current/previous inventory experience.
• Familiarity with computers, including Microsoft Office programs.

Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, dock stockers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Familiarity with WMS systems, mobile scan guns, computers, and tablets.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Pay

Wage rate: $19.00 per hour. Compensation includes hourly pay, weekly performance‑based bonus, regular overtime opportunities (paid at the applicable overtime rate), regular pay raises based on performance and experience, weekly pay every Thursday, holiday pay for company‑recognized holidays, and DailyPay® for immediate access to earned wages.

Schedule

First‑shift schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Standard, regular hours with no required weekend schedules, though weekend availability may be needed when operational demands arise.
