Schedule
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. Work schedule may fluctuate based on University-wide events and academic breaks.
Responsibilities
- Assists in developing and implementing shipping and receiving policies to enhance customer experience
- Provides timely and effective responses to inquiries and concerns from the university community
- Supports data reporting requirements and maintains accurate databases related to shipping and receiving activities
- Resolves issues related to the receipt, storage, and organization of goods
- Receives, organizes, and stores goods in an efficient manner
- Seeks and implements improvements in shipping and receiving processes
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- No experience required
Skills
- Knowledge of best practices and strategies in shipping and receiving operations
- Knowledge of managing and maintaining accurate data records and reporting systems
- Skill in providing exceptional customer service and handling community inquiries and concerns
- Skill in effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to adapt and implement changes in policy or operational procedures to improve service delivery
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely processing of all shipping and receiving activities
Pay
$16.90-$19.00 per hour
