Receiving Clerk

99 Ranch Market is the largest Asian supermarket chain in the United States, with over 70 store locations and a commitment to “For 100, we try harder.” The company is expanding its footprint nationwide and invites candidates to join and grow alongside the family.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect vendor or internal shipments to ensure products meet standards and regulations.
• Identify damaged or mislabeled products, follow established SOPs, and return them to vendors.
• Organize products to designated locations based on receiving procedures.
• Input, update, and modify purchase orders, labeling, storage information, and product logging through the internal inventory system and HACCP.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment; report potential risks to managers.
• Coordinate with merchandising managers to monitor inventory deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receiver in a retail setting preferred.
• Good computer, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with active listening and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Experience operating a forklift and other processing equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects weighing 25 + lb.
• Willingness to accommodate a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Employment Type

Full‑time and part‑time positions are available.

Pay

The hourly rate starts at $18.00. This figure is a general guideline and not a guarantee; final compensation considers responsibilities, education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Schedule
