Receiving Associate-FL Certified

About the role

As a receiving associate, you will receive and process all incoming inventory and materials to ensure proper inventory counts and proper put-away processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and track inventory
• Responsible for all daily inbound shipments with accuracy
• Scan and verify order details in the WMS system
• Put away all incoming inventory accurately
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Basic computer/RF scanner knowledge
• Ability to read numerals and English
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• NetSuite experience is a bonus
• Operate equipment (e.g., sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, cherry picker, deep reach truck)
• Forklift certification preferred

Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, reaching/bending
• Endurance, balancing/mobility, manual dexterity
• Exposure to varying conditions and repetitive motion
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Safety equipment and loud noises during 8-hour work shift

Schedule

• Day Shift, Full Time, on-site
• May occasionally require weekends or overtime

Pay

Hourly rate of $19.00 plus $2.00 forklift differential.
