Receiving Associate-FL Certified
About the Role
The receiving associate will receive and process all incoming inventory and materials to ensure proper inventory counts and proper put-away processes.
Responsibilities
- Receive and track inventory
- Responsible for all daily inbound shipments with accuracy
- Scan and verify order details in the WMS system
- Put away all incoming inventory accurately
- Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
- Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior warehouse experience a plus
- Basic computer/RF scanner knowledge
- Ability to read numerals and English
- Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- NetSuite experience is a bonus
- Operate equipment (e.g., sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, cherry picker, deep reach truck)
- Forklift certification preferred
Physical Demands
- Standing, walking, reaching/bending
- Endurance, balancing/mobility, manual dexterity
- Exposure to varying conditions and repetitive motion
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently
- Safety equipment and loud noises during an 8-hour work shift

Schedule
- Day Shift, Full Time, on-site
- May occasionally require weekends or overtime
Pay
Hourly rate of $19.00 plus $2.00 forklift differential after forklift certification.
