Receiving Associate

AirLife is hiring Reach Truck Operators for 1st shift (5am - 1:30pm) in our Litchfield Park, temperature-controlled facility. Must have reach experience; dock stocker experience is a plus.

About the Role

The Receiving Associate will handle, move, and document raw materials, finished goods, and inbound freight in the warehouse. They will utilize their PIT operation expertise and receiving experience to efficiently unload trailers in inbound as a receiver.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition, ensure accurate documentation of received goods.
• Instruct new receivers on how to properly receive shipments.
• Safely operate forklifts in a busy warehouse environment.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Effectively communicate with leads, supervisors, and managers on daily priorities.
• Focus on achieving the company mission.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in daily work; look for ways to improve and promote quality & safety.
• Inspire trust; treat people with respect and dignity and embrace diversity.
• Use time efficiently; perform job accurately and conserve company resources to improve profits.

Requirements

• Dock receiving and MHE operation experience.
• Experience with RF scanners.
• Understanding of AirLife receiving procedures.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain friendly relationships with coworkers, customers, drivers, and the public.
• Previous warehouse experience of 2+ years preferred.
• At least 1 year of certifiable experience operating stand-up reach trucks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
