Receiving and Inventory Assistant

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and deliveries
• MATCH deliveries to purchase orders and report discrepancies
• Organize and maintain stockrooms, receiving areas, and storage locations
• NOTIFY departments when materials arrive and are ready for pickup
• ASSIST with inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives
• PULL and KIT parts for maintenance and reliability work orders
• MONITOR inventory levels and HELP identify replenishment needs
• SUPPORT procurement activities as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or related experience preferred
• Ability to operate a forklift or complete required training
• Basic computer skills and experience working with inventory systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable team player with a commitment to safety and accuracy
