We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Content: - At SanMar, the work you do makes a difference. SanMar participates in E-Verify. We need to remove EEO boilerplate, etc. So remove the last paragraph about Equal Opportunity Employer and E-Verify. Also remove any duplicated lines? Not many. We need to decide sections. We have: - Short Version: description of role (maybe "About the role"). - What Will You Be Doing? => Responsibilities. - What Are We Looking For? => Requirements / Qualifications / Skills. - What's Our Offer? => Pay and Benefits. - What Should You Expect? => maybe "Work Environment" or "Physical Requirements". Could be "Schedule"? Not schedule. Could be "Working Conditions". Not a standard heading but we can use something like "Work Environment". However the instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. We can use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. For "What Should You Expect?" we could map to "Work Environment" but not in list. Could we treat as "Requirements"? No. Could treat as "Skills"? Not exactly. Could treat as "About the role"? Not exactly. Could treat as "Responsibilities"? Not exactly. Could treat as "Benefits"? No. We could create a section "Work Environment" using

even if not in the example list; the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but it's implied we should use those headings where appropriate. However we can still use

for any section heading; the examples are just suggestions. So we can use "Work Environment". That seems fine. Alternatively we could merge "What Should You Expect?" into "Responsibilities" or "About the role". But it's more about physical demands and work environment, which is distinct. Better to have its own section. We also have "Why Work at SanMar?" which is promotional; could be omitted? It's substantive but maybe not required. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it. Could be a section "About SanMar" or "Company Overview". Not in list but we can use. We need to avoid filler/placeholder text. All content seems substantive. We need to format lists where appropriate. Let's extract each section's content and turn into
    • where it's a list of items. Section: About the role (Short Version). It's a paragraph: "A Receiver/Loader is required to unload and load incoming and outgoing trailers by following standard operating procedures (SOP) which may include, sorting, palletizing, and moving product." Also there is preceding sentence: "At SanMar, the work you do makes a difference. Job Level Grade T2.2 Supervisor No Level DC Tier 2.2". The Job Level etc could be minor metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop it. Probably we can include as a short paragraph: "Job Level Grade T2.2 Supervisor No Level DC Tier 2.2". But we might drop it as minor metadata. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include that as a short

before the About the role heading? Or we can include it as a paragraph after the heading? Probably better to include as a short

after the heading? Actually the heading is About the role; we can have a

containing that metadata and the short version description. But we need to preserve all substantive information. The metadata is not substantive? It's job level etc. Might be considered minor. We could drop it. Safer to drop it? The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can either drop or include as short

      . I'd include as a short

before the heading? But headings are

      . We can have a

      for metadata then

      About the role

      then

description. That seems okay. But we need to avoid repeating the job title as a heading. The job title is Receiver/Loader? Not present as heading. So fine. Now Responsibilities: list of duties from "What Will You Be Doing?" It's a series of sentences separated by periods but not bullet list. We can turn each sentence into a

    • . Let's extract: - Unload and load product by following standard operating procedures. - May use electric Power Jack to move pallets and/or product as needed. - Ability to work with and keep a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, job, customers and co-workers. - Meet minimum standards and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines. - Maintain safe, neat and clean work area by adhering to SanMar safety regulations. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Comply with all policies and standards. We should keep as list. Now Requirements: from "What Are We Looking For?" It's a long sentence with many items separated by no punctuation? Actually it's: "High School Diploma or equivalent PreferredAbility to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU informationBasic math skills in counting and quantity requiredDemonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs requireAbility to work efficiently, with minimal supervisionAbility to work in high-demand, high-volume environment while meeting deadlinesAble to work both independently and within a teamDemonstrated verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailComprehends verbal and written instructionsEssential days or overtime may be requiredMay need to complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification every three years" We need to split into items. Likely each phrase separated by capital letter after no space? Actually there is no space between "PreferredAbility". So we need to parse manually. Let's insert spaces where needed: - High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred - Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity,
