Receiver (Temp Conversion)

Join the Inbound team and assist in offloading and accurately receiving inbound shipments. This role involves occasional lifting and moving boxes weighing 20–70 lbs. throughout the shift, working with products from active-lifestyle brands.

About the role

The ideal candidate is team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused, thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift daily. You’ll partner with the team to identify and address potential roadblocks to task completion.

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Starting pay: $18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Ensure all inbound shipments are received, checked for damage, and processed into the system.
• Perform receiving, offloading, scanning, and other general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, procedures, security protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy work and storage area at all times.

Requirements

• 3+ months of prior warehouse experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including:
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Walking and standing for extended periods.
  • Climbing ladders/stairs and working at heights.
  • Tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.

Qualifications

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
