Receiver - Inventory Control Clerk

A Day In The Life

You’ll be overseeing all Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations, ensuring merchandise is accurately received, accounted for, and stocked. You’ll walk the store daily to scan DSD items, identify out-of-stock or overstock conditions, and partner closely with order writers, night crew, merchandisers, and the File Maintenance Clerk. You’ll also communicate regularly with the Store Director to support inventory accuracy and promotional execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DSD operations
• Scan and account for DSD items
• Identify and address out-of-stock or overstock conditions
• Partner with order writers, night crew, merchandisers, and the File Maintenance Clerk
• Communicate with the Store Director
• Maintain a secure, clean, and organized backroom environment
• Monitor donations, manage grocery and non-perishable inventories
