Receiver I
About the role
Under direct supervision, handles daily receipt of merchandise from vendor trucks. You will examine shipments for defects and shortages against receiving documents, record reasons for returns, unload and move incoming shipments to storage, and forward approved receiving documents to the appropriate department for processing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or
- One to three months of related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
