Job Responsibilities

• Packing slips are to be reviewed and compared to physical materials for accuracy.
• Working knowledge of computer programs and entering data.
• Help to maintain inventory accuracy, organize and put away incoming material.
• Cycle count on hand inventory to help ensure accurate inventory, as needed.
• Records should be accurate, complete, timely, and organized.
• Communicate with the warehouse team, buyers, accounts receivable, and department leads to ensure receipts are accurate.
• Ensure incoming products meet Barletta’s premium standards.
• Identify and bring forward opportunities for process improvements.
• Support a Barletta Safe culture by adhering to and advocating for the safest behaviors and proactively identifying opportunities to mitigate job-related risks and hazards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with WMS or ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to stay on task and be flexible and reliable when changes occur.
• Adhere to all policy and safety regulations.
• Perform other general duties as directed.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Report all incidents/damages as well as voice safety concerns to improve safety awareness.
