How You Will Make an Impact

General responsibilities include: Receiving, picking, sorting, and labeling orders. Pack, fold, and arrange garments. Scan shipping orders, and input into inventory system. Research and correct displaced, mislabeled, and missing products, perform replenishments, cycle counts, stock checks, and resolve inventory and order discrepancies. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding. Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English. Great attention to detail and organization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment. Ability to multi-task and solve problems. Learn tasks quickly, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers.

Qualifications

• 2 years in-depth SAP experience
• Learning tasks quickly is detailed, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance
• Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
• Strong time management and attention to timelines
• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
• The ability to speak and read work orders and instructions in English
• The ability to differentiate and coordinate colors
• An eye for accuracy to catch irregularities ensuring that we only send out the best product
• A reliable team member that employees can count on every day to be punctual
• Operational, Warehouse, Logistics or comparable experience preferred

Physical Requirements

Repetitive body movements, required to stand for long periods of time, lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis, must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment
