Established in 2006, Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last-mile distribution company specializing in tailored solutions for selected food service industry customers. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States. Providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, the QCD fleet averages more than 40 million miles driven per year. Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Read labels, verify documentation, and count product quantities for shipments.
• Safely operate a stand-up forklift and pallet jack in temperature-controlled and non-controlled environments.
• Perform product rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) standards and document code dates.
• Maintain correct slot locations, consolidate pallets, and correct any mis-stocks.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control tasks.
• Keep work areas clean and organized following company safety and sanitation standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Licensed stand-up forklift operator with 2 years of experience and EPJ safe equipment operation.
• Ability to perform accurate inspections and follow documentation.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to acting in alignment with GSF’s Values and Creed.

Schedule & Setting

• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F).
• Primarily a 4-day work week, starting at 6 AM.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Physically active role with standing/walking for extended periods.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: Earn up to $22.30 per hour.
• Weekly pay (every Friday).
