About the role

Operates semi-automated manufacturing equipment under close supervision, performing routine setup, basic troubleshooting, and production documentation while following safety, quality, and standard work procedures to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor semi-automated production equipment, performing changeovers, calibrations, line clearances, and routine preventive maintenance to meet production targets.
• Perform first-article inspections and routine quality checks; accurately complete all required production, quality, and equipment documentation.
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment; follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and established workflows, reporting issues as needed.
• Conduct material requisition and inventory management.
• Participate in daily production meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Onsite role at 2005 East State Street, Suite 100, Athens, OH 45701.
• 12+ months contract position.

Pay

$20.00/hour on W2.

Schedule

First Shift (7am or 8am start TBD) - 40 hours/week.
