Follows all policies and procedures
Demonstrate ability to exceed performance of production technician level C duties and responsibilities
Rebuild all legacy and 10K on highway products
Able to fully dynometer test all legacy and 10K on highway products
Use and excellent proficiency on Allison Extranet
Repair all legacy and 10K on highway products
Must have reflash account
Recognize bad/defective parts
Must have all necessary legacy and 10K rebuild tools (non-Allison specialty tools)
Receive daily assignments from supervisor
Organized record keeping or some filing may be required
Other duties may be assigned

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand/lift weight up to or more than 70 lbs.
Employee may lie, stand, or sit for an extended amount of time, working in extreme weather conditions, and changing environments;
May be asked to work in confined spaces.
