Rebuild Project Manager

About the role

A&J Property Restoration is seeking a full-time Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee multiple jobs simultaneously. Responsibilities include inspecting, estimating, budgeting, subcontracting, scheduling, and quality-checking each project throughout the reconstruction phase. The ideal candidate will maintain regular communication with customers, contractors, and administrative staff to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconstruction projects at various stages.
• Inspect job sites and prepare estimates and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage project scheduling.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the reconstruction phase.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, contractors, and administrative staff.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues as they arise.

Requirements

• College degree (2 or 4 year) or 3-5 years’ experience in construction management or a related field.
• Proficiency in using technology such as cell phones and computers, with the ability to learn new software programs.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external participants.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting 50 lbs periodically.
• Must pass a background check and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English (required); bilingualism in other languages is a plus.

Location

A&J Property Restoration is located in Waukesha, WI. This position requires in-person reporting and travel to job sites within Southeast Wisconsin.
