Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to interact with customers daily
- Strong background in residential construction or property restoration
- Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; Xactimate knowledge preferred but not required
- Insurance restoration experience helpful, but not required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle/feel, reach, and communicate effectively
- Able to regularly lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
