About the role
We are looking for a skilled, motivated Project Manager/Claims Estimator to join our team full-time. Our team leverages core values of motivation, reliability, and cooperation to deliver excellence to clients and referral partners when they need help the most. The ideal candidate will embrace these values to maximize output and learning while working alongside production and admin staff to deliver measurable results.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Xactimate or similar estimating software
- Ability to self-manage schedule and workflow
- Skilled in Word, Excel, Email, Outlook, and generally tech-savvy
- Professional and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay
$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at our Cranston location. Start date: as soon as possible.
