Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

You will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US to deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards.

What you'll do...

• Influence others by motivating your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects.
• Lead and manage projects in your assigned stores, communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders, and minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop associates by providing supervision, training, and mentorship, evaluating talent, and identifying career paths.
• Travel frequently to support projects across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, or 3 years of experience in these areas.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field, and 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams, preferred.
• Project Management - Management Professional Certification, preferred.

Additional Information

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be willing to travel up to 1000 miles from home, 80% of the time, for 17-21 days at a time.
• Salary range: $60,000 - $110,000 annually.
