Position Summary

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and facility management, to align project plans with corporate strategies.
  • Direct associates and vendors on processes, procedures, and modular plan reviews to meet facility and company goals.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials.
  • Communicate project status, adjust timelines as needed, and resolve construction and operational issues promptly.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated leadership in directing associates and vendors, providing guidance on processes, procedures, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to analyze project impacts on budgets, customer experience, and operational efficiency while implementing corrective actions.
  • Adaptability to evolving project requirements and commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
  • All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters: Business Project Management - Management Professional Certification (Project Management Institute) - Certification
