Position Summary
The (USA) Realty Project Coach oversees the successful execution of realty projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration. This role directs associates and vendors to ensure project requirements are met while maintaining alignment with corporate strategies.

The Realty Project Coach team leads real estate project execution by managing timelines and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. They collaborate with facility management, vendors, and internal partners to oversee merchandise placement, equipment installation, and construction issue resolution. Focused on accountability, clear communication, and adaptability, the team delivers cost-effective, high-quality outcomes. By fostering strong relationships and providing guidance, they support continuous improvement and operational excellence. What you'll do
Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and project milestones.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives, addressing obstacles and aligning with corporate strategies.
Direct associates and vendors on processes, procedures, and modular plan reviews to meet facility and company goals.
Collaborate with facility management and contractors to develop phasing plans minimizing operational impact.
Monitor budgets, assess economic and customer experience impacts, and optimize schedules for cost-effective project delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing expert guidance and promoting accountability.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
