Realtor – Relocate to Dubai

About the role

You will help clients buy, sell and rent Dubai property by finding prospects, earning their trust, showing them the market and closing deals. Leads are handed to you daily from the top Property Finder lead generator, and you’ll work with an AI‑powered CRM and tools to manage the process.

Responsibilities

• Find prospective clients for buying, selling and renting Dubai property
• Build trust and develop relationships with buyers, sellers and tenants
• Conduct property showings and present market information
• Close transactions and facilitate deals
• Utilize the AI‑powered CRM and tools to track leads and follow‑up
• Collaborate with the marketing team and leverage premium Property Finder listings

Requirements

• Ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
• Hunger and dedication to succeed
• Discipline to run your own business
• No prior real‑estate experience required – full training provided from zero

Qualifications

• Completion of a two‑week academy with a UK‑certified trainer
• Ongoing mentorship from an agent with 15+ years of Dubai property experience
• RERA licence arranged and paid for by the employer
