Responsibilities
- Provide clients with representation and guidance as they seek to buy, sell, or lease residential real estate.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage the entire transaction process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends and regulations.
- Collaborate with other members of the Residential Brokerage team to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Requirements
- MA Real Estate License (required)
- At least one year of sales and/or leasing experience (required)
- A customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible
- A true passion for real estate, business acumen, and market knowledge
- An upbeat personality and ability to quickly build rapport with people
- Knowledge of your local community
- Enthusiasm for learning new tech tools
- The ability to remain organized and work efficiently and independently
