We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role (maybe Position Overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Position Overview (we can treat as About the role). Responsibilities: list of duties. Minimum Qualifications: list. Preferred Qualifications: list. Benefits: list of benefits. Pay: posting says "Competitive pay based on your qualifications" – that's vague, not specific numbers. According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "Competitive pay based on your qualifications" is vague but maybe considered filler? It's not a specific amount. The rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive pay based on your qualifications". That is a statement about pay, albeit vague. Is that considered specific content? It says "based on your qualifications". It's not a number but it's a statement. The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "Competitive pay based on your qualifications" is similar to "commensurate with experience". Likely considered filler. So we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: posting mentions "flexible scheduling" under benefits? Actually under Additional Perks: "Generous time-off policies, including 18 days of paid time off, 10 Federal Holidays, and flexible scheduling". That's schedule info. It mentions flexible scheduling. That's somewhat specific? It's a statement about flexible scheduling. Not a specific schedule like "Monday-Friday 9-5". The rule says: never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does state flexible scheduling as part of benefits. Could we include Schedule section with that detail? Might be considered specific enough? The rule says avoid filler like "varies", "TBD". "flexible scheduling" is not filler exactly but it's vague. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we incorporate schedule info into Benefits section rather than separate Schedule. Since benefits already includes time-off policies and flexible scheduling, we can keep Benefits section with that detail. So we will not create separate Schedule. Thus sections: About the role (Position Overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Benefits. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions, Job ID etc. Also remove "Job Posted by ApplicantPro". Also remove "Thompson Gray is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. We need to include all substantive content: Position Overview paragraph, responsibilities bullet list, Minimum Qualifications bullet list, Preferred Qualifications bullet list, Benefits bullet list (including health etc, 401k, TG Swag, Dependent Scholarship Program, Tuition Assistance, Professional Development, generous time-off policies, 18 days PTO, 10 Federal Holidays, flexible scheduling, annual donation to charity, regular team-building events, lunches, after-hours gatherings, seasonal family-friendly events, annual holiday party). Also maybe mention "Competitive pay based on your qualifications" - we decided to omit as filler. Also mention "Why join Thompson Gray?" heading? That's a section heading but we can incorporate into Benefits? Actually "Why join Thompson Gray?" is a heading preceding benefits. We could treat that as About the company? But we already have About the role. Could we add a section "Why join Thompson Gray?" as a heading? The rule says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not limited to those. However we should follow the instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It seems they expect those specific headings. So we should map content to those headings. "Why join Thompson Gray?" could be considered Benefits. We'll put under Benefits. Thus output:

    About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to join our team in supporting HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. This role supports real property asset record validation, documentation assembly, and reporting at assigned garrisons and Installation Directorates. Support physical inventory documentation and Physical Inventory Minimum Data (PIMD) Worksheet completion. Assemble Facility Information Folder contents against the Supporting Documentation Checklist. Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records. Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies. Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs. Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval. Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.

    Responsibilities

    • Support real property asset record validation, documentation assembly, and reporting at assigned garrisons and Installation Directorates.
    • Support physical inventory documentation and Physical Inventory Minimum Data (PIMD) Worksheet completion.
    • Assemble Facility Information Folder contents against the Supporting Documentation Checklist.
    • Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
    • Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies.
    • Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
    • Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
    • Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
But note we already included responsibilities in the overview paragraph; we might be duplicating. The overview paragraph already listed many responsibilities. To avoid duplication, we could keep overview as prose and responsibilities as list but ensure we don't repeat same content. However the instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we list responsibilities separately, we need to ensure we don't lose any detail. The overview paragraph already contains the same details as the list; we could keep overview as a summary and then list responsibilities with same detail but that would be duplication. The instruction says do not summarize away detail; duplication is not prohibited but might be redundant. Better to keep overview as a short paragraph (maybe just the first two sentences) and then list responsibilities in detail. Let's extract overview: "We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Property Analyst to join our team in supporting HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. This role supports real property asset record validation, documentation assembly, and reporting at assigned garrisons and Installation Directorates." That's the overview. Then responsibilities list the rest. Thus:

But we earlier said we should not include Pay if vague. However we included "Competitive pay based on your qualifications" as a benefit line. That's still vague. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state competitive pay based on qualifications. That's a statement about pay. It's not a specific number but it's a statement. The rule about filler text: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "Competitive pay based on your qualifications" is similar to "commensurate with experience". So maybe we should not include that line either. However the Benefits section can include other items; we could keep Benefits section but omit the pay line. The rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state benefits (health, dental, etc). So Benefits section is okay. Within Benefits we can include all benefit items except the vague pay line. So we will remove that line. Thus Benefits list: - Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance - 401(k) plan with employer match - TG Swag - receive company-branded items during onboarding and seasonal shipments to your home - Dependent Scholarship Program - supporting the education of employees' children - Tuition Assistance for furthering your own education - Professional Development opportunities - Generous time-off policies, including 18 days of paid time off, 10 Federal Holidays, and flexible scheduling - Annual donation to the charity of your choice - Regular team-building events, such as lunches, after-hours gatherings, seasonal family-friendly events, and our memorable annual holiday party Now check if any other sections like Skills? Not present. We must not include any boilerplate like EEO,
