REAL Outreach Worker

About the Role

The Recovery Engagement And Linkage (REAL) program is a substance use disorder (SUD) outreach and engagement program for individuals aged 14 through adulthood. The REAL Team members have lived experience to assist consumers in achieving program goals. The ideal Outreach Worker will have prior experience in outreach and be comfortable making connections in the community.

Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals in the community to provide outreach and support for substance use disorder (SUD) recovery.
• Leverage lived experience to assist consumers in achieving program goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have lived experience
