This MABVI participant would like a volunteer to help them in Osterville, MA! A car is needed for this volunteer role. They would like to have volunteer help once a week or bimonthly.

Responsibilities

• Reading mail
• Paying bills
• Internet Use/Technology
• Medical Transportation
• Going grocery shopping
• Ran errands in the community
• Recreational activities such as being a running/walking sighted guide
• Other Clerical tasks

Time Commitment

Time commitment is flexible based on the volunteer's schedule and the participant's needs. Typically, volunteers devote 1-2 hours a week or every other week.

Volunteer Onboarding Process

• Complete a MABVI Volunteer application
• Completing the online, modular MABVI Volunteer Training
• Schedule a time to chat via Zoom with a member of the MABVI Volunteer Team/Submit a CORI
• Met the MABVI Volunteer Team via Zoom or phone call
• MABVI matches you with a MABVI participant!
