Deli Helper Clerk

About the role

Deliver excellent customer service at the deli counter and other deli stations. Perform basic food prep, package deli items and clean in the deli area.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service
• Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Previous food preparation experience preferred
• Knowledge of specialty and prepared foods preferred
• Basic math skills for measurement and scale functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion and lifting 10-40 lbs regularly
• A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required
