Real Estate & Transaction Manager
About the role
The Waymo Real Estate & Transaction Managers will collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance real estate projects that support the company's infrastructure needs. They will develop market and site-level execution strategies aligned with company goals and product nuances, solve complex transactional and project challenges, and represent Waymo in real estate transactions.
Responsibilities

- Perform market level diligence to support site selection
- Support financial analysis of transactions
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate
- Highly proficient in real estate acumen, including complex lease transactions, financial analysis, and portfolio management
- Experience working cross-functionally with partners in and outside of the real estate department
- Proficiency in business case development and approval form delivery
- Understanding of legal real estate terms and clauses
- Lease review and negotiation experience
Qualifications
- Land use/zoning experience
- Automotive and/or industrial experience
- Real estate finance experience
Skills

Benefits
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $190,000—$241,000 USD, a discretionary annual bonus program, equity incentive plan, and generous Company benefits program.
Pay
The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed above. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
Schedule
40% to 60% travel is required.
