Job duties
- Establish, maintain, and enhance the client relationship
- Organize, manage, deliver, and report on real property transaction activities
- Manage, monitor, and direct field brokers to assure appropriate outcomes and deliverables
- Respond to client deadlines and internal deadlines on time
- Manage, coordinate, and successfully use all necessary client technologies and software relating to the real estate process, as well as Locate's proprietary software
- Cook up and present oral/written presentations and strategic plans
- Quantify and report on occupancy cost savings and value add to client
- Prepare accurate and informative project tracking reports, financial reports, and financial analyses
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, transaction management, lease administration, or a similar field
- A real estate license
- A background in negotiating real estate deal terms
- Rapidly adopt and apply new tools and AI-driven workflows on the job
Qualifications
- Understanding of corporate organizational structure and the ability to adapt to the client's culture
- Strong relationship and leadership skills
Pay
$80 - $100k / year DOE
