Real Estate Team Assistant
Responsibilities
- Coincide with agents to ensure transactions proceed smoothly
- Ensure clients receive clear communications and updates on milestones and processes
- Collaborate with HQ team to ensure administrative, marketing, and scheduling tasks are completed on time
- Aid in client and transaction paperwork, ensuring accuracy and proper process flow
- Accompany lead agents on appointments
- Proficiency with common communication and scheduling software
- Service mentality
- Technical proficiency
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Anticipating needs and taking the initiative
- 5 years of experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role or similar
