Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Specialist to own the full lifecycle of our property portfolio. The position sits at the intersection of facilities, finance, and internal teams, ensuring every asset is acquired, maintained, and monetized efficiently.

About the Role

The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a master inventory of all owned and leased spaces, tracking lease expirations, renewal options, and compliance obligations. They will also lead the internal process to set up new properties, oversee utilities and vendor contracts, manage property repairs, and track the financial health of each property.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a master inventory of all owned and leased spaces, track lease expirations, renewal options, and compliance obligations.
  • Lead the internal process to setup new properties, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Solicit and manage contracts/accounts for electricity, water, waste, and specialty services; verify invoices and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all repair requests, working with vendors to repair items in a timely fashion while communicating with internal teams.
  • Maintain a system to track the overall financial health of each property.
  • Manage the lease database/folder for each property, ensuring lease obligations are met and lease renewal options are aware of.

Qualifications

  • Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional, and lead others to create, develop, and implement project process improvement(s).
  • Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners.
  • Must have proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively read, write, and give oral presentations.
  • Regular attendance is mandatory.

Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in real-estate, lease administration, or facilities management.
  • Strong grasp of lease terms, real-estate law, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency with property-management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CPM, RPA, or equivalent.
  • Experience with multi-site vendor negotiations and financial modeling.

Pay

Min USD $65,000.00/Yr. Max USD $75,000.00/Yr.
