Real Estate Solutions Capital Coordinator (REMOTE)

This remote position leads operational priorities in a leading Aerospace & Defense environment, focusing on safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital portfolio and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project performance, schedules, and risks on capital projects.
• Conduct risk assessments to proactively identify potential delivery issues.
• Review and validate capital appropriation requests and compliance analyses.
• Develop portfolio reports, dashboards, and communicate to leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in capital investment prioritization.
• Related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in real estate, engineering, operations, or business management roles.
• 5+ years of budgeting, capital planning, and portfolio management experience.
• 3+ years in advanced data analytics and predictive modeling with familiarity in investment planning tools.
• 2+ years in advanced financial modeling, familiar with GAAP and capital investment policies.

Pay

$107,500 – $204,500 annually.
