Responsibilities

  • Keep sharpening your real estate and sales skills with ongoing training and coaching.
  • Complete our full Agent Training program and launch your business with confidence.
  • Follow a proven business development model that drives real results.
  • Join weekly coaching sessions, team trainings, and Partner Calls designed for growth.
  • Build your skills daily through hands-on sales practice and mentorship.
  • Meet with motivated buyers and guide them through finding and purchasing their dream home.
  • Secure buyer representation agreements, show homes, and write winning offers.
  • Collapse property tours seamlessly while providing an exceptional client experience.
  • Act with integrity and always put your clients' best interests first.
  • Share your local market expertise and help buyers make informed decisions.
  • Deliver 5-star service from the first conversation to closing day.
  • Close 2+ transactions each month with the full support of our team.
  • Host at least 2 open houses weekly to connect with new clients and grow your pipeline.

  • Comfortable using proven scripts and conversation techniques to guide clients.
  • Skilled at helping clients find and fall in love with their perfect home.

Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience (any industry).
  • Prior experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Experience maintaining a CRM or database system.
  • Confident and comfortable making outbound sales calls.
