As a Showing Agent you will work directly with motivated buyers who are already in the market, tour properties, and play a hands-on role in guiding clients through the home-buying process. Leads are provided so you can focus on what matters most — building relationships and creating momentum.

Pay

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+. Compensation: $125,500 – $192,500 at plan earnings.
