Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings, optimizing time for both clients and agents.
  • Provide insightful feedback to clients post-showing, helping them weigh their options and make informed choices.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market to offer clients accurate and timely information.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and tailoring property searches accordingly.
  • Ensure all client interactions are documented and communicated effectively within our team, promoting seamless service.
  • Stay proactive in identifying potential properties that align with client preferences, enhancing their buying experience.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in real estate or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of property transactions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple schedules and coordinating appointments efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington real estate market, allowing you to provide clients with valuable insights.
  • Ability to actively listen to client needs and tailor property searches to match their preferences.
  • Experience in providing constructive feedback to clients, helping them make well-informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in documenting client interactions and maintaining clear communication within a team environment.
