You will learn how to conduct professional property showings, prepare for buyer appointments, communicate with prospective clients, and help buyers explore homes that match their needs. Through practical training and experience in the field, you will develop stronger knowledge of luxury properties, local neighborhoods, and the strategies successful agents use to guide buyers through the home search process. Hosting open houses will be an important part of your business development. You will learn how to prepare and promote properties, welcome visitors, start meaningful conversations, and identify potential buyers and sellers. You will also develop prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up skills that help turn open house activity into appointments, client relationships, and future transactions. Working alongside experienced luxury real estate professionals, you will receive coaching, sales training, and ongoing accountability to help you establish productive daily routines. Our team provides access to proven systems, marketing resources, technology, and administrative support while helping you strengthen your communication, organization, and negotiation skills. As your experience grows, you will gain exposure to buyer consultations, listing presentations, contracts, and transaction management. You will have opportunities to develop your own client relationships, generate referrals, and expand into buyer and seller representation while building a business supported by consistent activity and professional guidance. An active real estate license is required before performing licensed real estate activities or earning commissions.
