Real Estate / Senior Level Attorney

This is an opportunity to represent clients in a national real estate practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters. Our deal teams are structured to allow senior associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of law firm experience in real estate transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a high-volume practice (and specifically must be able to handle drafting and negotiating of all lease types from start to finish)
• Excellent academic and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing agreements
• Conduct due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties
• Assist in structuring and closing real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop strategic solutions for real estate projects
• This group is consistently busy and highly collaborative, providing associates and partners with the opportunity to build robust client relationships while advancing their transactional skillset
• Direct exposure to partners and clients
