Responsibilities
- Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes
- Keep the Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments
- Cook up with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
- Refine the buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
Qualifications
- Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend to get a real estate license
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- High school diploma
