Real Estate Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking licensed real estate professionals interested in operating within a production-based environment focused on residential and investment property transactions. This is a commission-only role suited for individuals comfortable with performance-based compensation and independent prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential and investment property transactions
• Prospect through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Analyze properties using comparative market data and investment metrics
• Tour and evaluate residential and multifamily properties
• Guide clients through contracts, inspections, and closings
• Collaborate with experienced agents on transaction execution

Qualifications

• Active Ohio real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a production-driven environment
• Experience in sales or outbound prospecting preferred but not required
• Interest in residential and investment-focused real estate
