About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager or Team Leader whose strengths lie in managing, nurturing, teaching, and holding others accountable. In this role, you will coach, encourage, and provide accountability to our real estate sales team to increase the performance of each member, specifically focusing on closing more deals from each salesperson’s database or center of influence.

You’ll join a collaborative team looking to you for leadership, coaching, and support to help us achieve our sales goals.
