About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager or Team Leader to coach, encourage, and hold our sales team accountable for goal achievement. The ideal candidate will manage, nurture, teach, and hold others accountable, focusing on increasing deals closed from each salesperson's database/center of influence.

Responsibilities

• Increase performance of each member of the sales team
• Focus on increasing deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence
• Coach, lead, and support the sales team to meet our sales goals

Requirements

• Experience in managing, nurturing, teaching, or holding others accountable
• Experience in sales or sales management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
