About the role
The Allen Brake Real Estate Team is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Listing Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting and closing sales, managing listings, and providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attract and close residential and commercial real estate listings
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of active listings, ensuring timely updates and accurate information
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations and solutions
- Attend open houses, market events, and other networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of transactions
- Stay informed about local market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide value-added insights to clients
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of successful real estate sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using real estate technology platforms and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field (optional)
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- Experience with real estate marketing and advertising
