Compensation & earnings

Commission-based role. Estimated earnings potential of $95,000 - $140,000 annually at plan, based on production and market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process from consultation to closing
  • Build relationships within the community and maintain a strong professional network
  • Prospect and follow up with leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
  • Price, market, and negotiate real estate transactions on behalf of clients
  • Cook up showings, inspections, and transaction timelines
  • Maintain organized client records within the brokerage CRM
  • Represent the Skyward brand with professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication

Qualifications

  • Active Indiana real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to grow a successful real estate career
  • Professional, ethical, and service-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working within a structured brokerage environment and CRM system
  • Coachable, collaborative, and growth-minded
  • Interested in building a sustainable, long-term real estate career
