Pay

Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities

• Meet with sellers and conduct listing consultations
• Present pricing and marketing strategies
• Create effective listing plans
• Negotiate offers and contracts
• Guide sellers from listing to closing
• Build relationships and generate referrals
• Work with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction teams
