Responsibilities

• Possesses a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.
• Demonstrates daily the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements.
• Possesses a daily routine of prospecting for leads, closing leads to appointments, closing agreements, and conducting a high-level fiduciary needs analysis.
• Selects homes that meet the criteria and meets clients at those homes for showings.
• Negotiates offers, writes contracts, and oversees deals through their close.
• Demonstrates a commitment to learning and regularly attends courses, teaches courses when appropriate, and practices scripts and dialogues.
• Invests in the team by providing learning and growth opportunities to team members.
