Responsibilities

• Guide buyers through every stage of the home-buying process, from the initial consultation and property search through negotiations and closing.
• Work alongside experienced real estate professionals to strengthen communication skills, conduct property showings, identify buyer needs, and provide exceptional service throughout each transaction.
• Gain hands-on experience with lead generation, buyer consultations, follow-up, contract negotiations, and transaction management.
• Continue developing a referral-based business while building the skills needed for long-term success in real estate.

Compensation

$165,000 at plan commissions
