Responsibilities

• Meet with qualified homebuyers and provide expert guidance
• Manage buyer leads, appointments, and follow-up through CRM
• Conduct property showings and buyer consultations
• Match buyers with homes that fit their needs and budget
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
• Guide clients through contract-to-close
• Host team open houses and convert opportunities into clients
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and weekly team meetings

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License required
• Passionate about helping homebuyers achieve their goals

Pay

Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
