Responsibilities
- Shadowing/Training - Train, role-play, and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent.
- Lead Generation - Benefit from extensive lead generation with real buyers/sellers and execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
- Open Houses - Combine a warm and inviting personality with proven support to hold open houses attracting buyers and sellers to current listings.
- Communication - Learn and execute proven relationship-building skills, converting conversations into valuable appointments.
- Script Training - Join weekly script practice sessions in a supportive learning environment, fostering skill development.
- Coaching/Training - Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging training, and Partner Calls to share insights and learn from others.
- Consultation - Work directly with buyers and sellers using proven systems and technology to guide them through the home-buying/selling process with expert care and confidence.
- Home Selection - Identify homes that meet clients' needs and secure signed buyer agreements, helping them find their perfect place to call home.
- Negotiation - Leverage tried and true scripts and techniques to negotiate offers on behalf of buyers, creating win-win deals that exceed clients' goals.
- Done For You - Take advantage of support from our team to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of a Buyer's Agent to close a transaction.
- Technology - Benefit from cutting-edge PLACE Technology to streamline client support and ensure consistent goal achievement.
Qualifications
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a heart for Real Estate.
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
- Strong in prospecting and lead generation, overcoming objections naturally.
- A strong communicator and committed to success.
- People-oriented, positive, and happy attitude.
- Able to spend a large amount of time driving in their car.
- Capable of analyzing clients' needs and wants and matching them to homes.
- Learner-based, ambitious with proven ability to succeed.
- Real estate license.
